Poster design 1

I work three days a week as a Barista, and the rest of my time as a designer and illustrator.

This project was inspired by the cafe’s smallest regulars and my love for ideas rooted in real life and curiosity.

Design Approach

• MF-inspired typography and grid
• Strong hierarchy and contrast
• White space and restraint
• Hand-traced children’s handwriting as the hero
• Playful but quiet illustration
• Designed for both print and social formats

The idea

A Minor Figures style social and in-café campaign built from real children’s handwriting and answers, supported by light illustration and strong typographic hierarchy.

The goal was to balance MF’s clean, confident design language with the raw charm of kids’ thinking.

Poster design 2

This project was an exercise in designing within a brand system while bringing my own illustration voice into the work. It reflects how I like to work: observant, human, and led by curiosity.

I’d love to continue exploring how Minor Figures’ world can stretch into unexpected and playful directions.
